Meet Mike

Mike Selvaggio CCIM, CRS

Mike entered the real estate business since 1975. He is a licensed Broker and REALTOR in Delaware. He sells and list homes and actively markets new home communities.

A graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Mike works in his major. He was named REALTOR of the year in 1990 for the state of Delaware and his local Board.

Mike served as the President of the Delaware Association of Realtors and the President of his local board. His two most exciting professional accomplishments were earning the CRS and CCIM designations.He thoroughly enjoys educational sessions with other real estate professionals.  

Mike is a Senior Instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and served as the 2008 National President of the Council of Residential Specialists. He has taught thousands of REALTORS® throughout the United States, Japan, Korea,Spain, Canada, and the Bahamas.  Mike Selvaggio, a REALTOR® since 1975, has made a career-long commitment to education. He continues to coach agents and helps them grow their business to reach their goals.
