I wanted to give you something of value for the new year with an idea on how to use it. So here it is....

When you list a home, stop by a few of the neighbors and introduce yourself and say.."Hi, thanks for answering the door. I have your neighbors home listed for sale, (before the sign goes up) and I thought you might like to  have a copy of the information about it before we put up the sign. My name is Mike and I wanted you to be able to put a face with my name on the sign. By the way, do you have any questions about the house or real estate in general? By the way, I have a calendar for you."

(I have a WORD document for you that will allow you to put a photo of THEIR house on it, print it, and give it to them. VERY effective. Your information of course is in the middle of the one page, one year calendar and cannot be cut away without damaging the entire calendar.)

If they are not home, leave it unfolded in a large envelope taped to their door. You can use either the legal size that has room for a note on the bottom or the letter size. 

Stop by again when the home is sold and let them know who the buyers are, with the buyers permission of course.
