Looks like there will be more and more Ninja courses in the next few months. Several 4 day installations are being scheduled for companies and groups of 50 or  more agents. This boot camp approach is named an "installation" because after the 4 days it is actually "installed" in the agent. If you want to know more,  and hear what actual agetns are saying, go to www.NinjaSelling.com or call me at 302 584 5590. It will change your personal and business life!

KODAK Zi8 Pocket Video Camera

For today’s REALTOR®

Memory and versatility: There are a lot of great features to the KODAK Zi8 Pocket Video Camera. In addition to high quality video (720p resolution at up to 60fps) as well as 720p/30fps for uploading to YouTube or Facebook, you can also shoot at the WVGA setting to conserve storage space. Speaking of storage space, this camera is different. You can use as large as a 32GB SD card (not included) for up to 10 hours of video with a setting of 30 fps resolution.

Use as a still camera: Another feature I like is the ability to use this as a true 5MP camera to take still shots. That means, unlike the Flip Video Camera, you do not have to capture still images from a video clip, simply take shots as you normally would. Now you can have HD video and HD stills shots in one convenient camera.

Three ways to charge: Here’s a bonus! Charging is a real breeze. You have a choice of charging options. You can charge directly to the wall or to the computer, by using the USB connector. Kodak also supplies HDMI and composite cables to plug your camera into a projector or a HD TV for playback. Oh, if you forget to turn it off, it will do it automatically.

Easy to share playback: This little camera features a large 2.5 inch playback screen. This is much easier to show your subjects how they look in your video or still shot. When they say, “Let me see!” they really can.

Easy to share playback: One of the lacking features with videos produced by consumers is poor sound quality. Well, with this camera, you can purchase an external jack to enhance the sound quality. These microphones are inexpensive and readily available.

People notice: I was in an Apple Store getting a computer lesson the other day and pulled up a short video that I had shot on the Zi8. The computer expert immediately noticed the high quality of the playback, so I had to take out the camera and demo it! When people notice, you know you have the right equipment.

Final thoughts: In the real estate business, communication is everything! So many times you need to share images with clients before and after they inspect properties. This camera allows for quick uploads to Facebook and YouTube with the quick USB connect.

I use the Zi8 to shoot rental properties with a walk-thru video, then I post it to YouTube. When I run a classified ad, I include the YouTube address (after reducing the length with TinyUrl.com) so the readers can pre-inspect the premises by entering the URL in their computer before they do the physical inspection. Once I shoot the property, I keep it in my video library for the next time I rent it!

You will discover lots of great uses for this versatile and very affordable photographic addition to your Real Estate tool box! Best of all, it’s priced well under $200.00!

succinct video that highlights the

many features of this mighty little camera.
